CELLARS

• Redundant dual Trane cooling units provide Ideal Temperature (55 degrees) and Relative Humidity (60-70%) in each level of the cellar.

• Our solid concrete and steel construction maintains stability and reduces vibration.

• LED Lighting reduces heat and harsh exposure to harmful light.

• The wine cellar climate is monitored digitally, and the facility manager is notified of any changes.

• Two automatic, redundant Cummins 150Kw natural gas generators ensure the cooling units never lose power.

• One thousand gallons of LP reserve provides fuel to the generators in the unlikely event that there is an interruption in natural gas supply.

WINE SECURITY

• 24-Hour monitored security.

• Electronic bollards guarantee only authorized members gain access to the parking lot.

• Members are provided with a unique key code and correlating key fob for entry into the cellar.

• Each individual locker is equipped with combination locks. Along with the combination that you pick, you will receive a key to access your locker.

• Security cameras are located on all entrances to the building and strategically placed throughout the building.

• Because we expect most of our clients’ wine to be insured under personal homeowner policies, we do not insure wine. We can facilitate a reputable third party insurance company that is well versed in wine.

LOCKERS

• The spacious lockers measure 6’L x 6’W x 9’H and will comfortably accommodate 1500+ bottles of wine.

•24/7 member access

• WiFi is provided throughout the cellar.

• With approved application, two members may share a locker.

SERVICES

• We will arrange initial move-in into your locker.

• Let us help you inventory your wine and enter it into the Cellar Tracker™ database, which can be conveniently accessed via smart phone.

• We will sign for your wine deliveries and place them directly in your locker.

• Member only events.

• We will assist in determining and installing the appropriate wine racking solution based on the needs of each individual member. Additional fees apply.

• Riedel varietal specific glassware and decanters are available in the bar.

• Help yourself to our large loading dock, freight elevator, and self-serve dollies.

• Enjoy opening a bottle in the richly decorated Library or Lounge, furnished with comfortable seating, Large Led TV, Games, and complimentary WiFi.

• Reserve the intimate dining room Bubbles for small personal gatherings.

• Spend the evening on the second level outdoor terrace gazing at the beautiful Houston skyline.

• Take advantage of OWC, our elegant event space with rich oak floors, custom chandeliers, thirty-five foot fire place and custom programmable 9K LED video wall.
